"I just opened the cap of a plastic bottle."

Remembering the smile of a young girl who thanked him for such a trivial thing, 18-year-old Shido Isamu tries to escape the world of the Yakuza, which he had one foot in. However, the Yakuza who were chasing him suddenly transform into hideous monsters. On the verge of death, Isamu is faced with a "choice." "Become a monster and fight, or die" -- those who crave "life," get closer to "death." A bloody battle action game where you punch, punch, punch, and punch!
