Manami Igarashi

The chairwoman of the school who comes to inspect the dormitory Yachiko is staying in. Has a very strict and old-fashioned work ethic due to her equally strict upbringing.

From Giko's _Girl Dictionary_:

_A girl who is very uptight._

_I couldn't stand looking at her forcing herself to do something she dislikes, having been born in the middle of the cramming education period, so I often helped her study._

_She's as hardheaded as always, but she's turned out to be a fine adult._
